1.Face mask automatic production line equipment overview
The production line can realize the full-automatic production of Face folding mask. The equipment is mainly composed of winding and feeding station, nose bridge rib feeding station, ear belt feeding and welding station, mask folding and forming station, finished product blanking station, etc.
The production of this equipment can be applied to folding masks with less than 4 layers and unsealed outer ear bands. The production mask specification for adults is 15.7cm x 10.8cm；
The production line is easy to use, stable and reliable, good in universality, good in compatibility, high in strength, high in cost performance and the like; and the produced mask has the characteristics of comfortable wearing, no pressure feeling, good filtering effect, high face fitness and the like, and can be suitable for industries such as medical treatment, electronics, mining, construction, catering and the like.
After unwinding, the whole roll of cloth is driven by rollers, the cloth is drawn and uncoiled through the whole roll of nose bridge strips, cut at a fixed length and then introduced into the hemmed cloth for welding and integral forming welding. The driving continues to be printed (optional) at first, then welded by ear tape welding mechanism, labeled (optional), folded by folding mechanism, sealed by ultrasonic inclination, and finally cut into shapes by cutter rollers. And finally fall into a sterile transfer basket; Transport to the next disinfection process (this machine does not include disinfection equipment).
