   Note: After fixing the die head with a tool (the mold, the bright end surface of the die head should not be damaged), use a wrench to lock the flat position of the front end of the small circle of the vibrator for locking. The locking force is 80Nm. Tighten the wrench with an object to lock it, and it must be tightened evenly.

Appendix 4. Debugging of the electric box of the mask flange

Before starting debugging, make sure that the mold (welding head) of the ultrasonic welder is under no load, that is, the mold (welding head) does not bear the force and debug under no load.

Step 4: Jog the "Test Button" (as shown on the left), there should be a unique ultrasonic vibration sound; press and hold the "Test Button" for 2 seconds, the vibration sound can last for 2 seconds, the hand touches the end face of the welding mold is smooth and light If you feel light and feel a little warm, go to step 5

Commissioning; if the vibration sound cannot last for 2 seconds and the "protection indication" light is on (as shown in the figure below), turn the "FM coil" (as shown on the right) to perform frequency modulation until the "Test button" vibration sound is continued for 2 seconds.

Step 5: Check whether the amplitude meter of the electric box being debugged belongs to one of the above three types. If it is picture A, please see step 6 to step 7, picture B and picture C to see step 8 to step 9.

Step 6: Press the "Test Button" to check whether the pointer of the amplitude meter is between 3 to 4 divisions (including 3 divisions)

If the position of the pointer of the amplitude meter is less than 3 divisions, turn the "frequency modulation coil" counterclockwise (loose the wing nut) until the pointer

It is located between 3 and 4 squares (including 3 and 4 squares).

If the pointer position of the amplitude meter is greater than 4 divisions, turn the "frequency modulation coil" clockwise (loosing the wing nut) until the pointer

It is located between 3 and 4 squares (including 3 and 4 squares).

Step 7: Once again confirm that the pointer is between 3 and 4 grids (including 3 and 4 grids), press and hold the "Test Button",

Ultrasonic waves can be continuously vibrated. Check that the position of the ammeter pointer is less than 3 divisions. When you touch the end face of the welding mold, the hand feels smooth and slightly warm with light force. Lock and loosen the wing nut, so the debugging is completed, and it can be used for mask flange production。

Step 8: Press the "Test Button" to check whether the pointer of the amplitude meter is in the range of 1 to 2

The position between the grids (including 2 grids), as shown on the left, there is no need to turn the "frequency modulation coil";

If the position of the amplitude meter pointer is less than 1 division, turn the “frequency modulation coil” counterclockwise (loose Open the wing nut) until the pointer is between 1 and 2 divisions (including 2 divisions).

If the position of the amplitude meter pointer is greater than 2 divisions, turn the “frequency modulation coil” clockwise (loose Open the wing nut) until the pointer is between 1 and 2 divisions (including 2 divisions).
